- 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 Cups Peanut Butter (I prefer the all natural type- healthier)
- 2 Tbs. Melted Butter
- 3 Tbs. Milk (depending on the consistency of the dough feel free to add more to make it smoother- but not too much!)
- 1/4 Cup Flax Seed Flour (yes, I sneak something a little healthy in there to make me feel better about being addicted to these!)
You will also need:
- About 3 Cups of melted chocolate chips with a tsp. of oil in it.
- WAX PAPER! (don't try making these on a cookie sheet with no wax paper like *cough* I did)
Mix all ingredients until they are smooth- you want a chocolate chip cookie dough consistency. Once you get that, roll it out and get the cookie cutters out! Freeze until very hard & dip in melted chocolate. Scrape excess chocolate off on side of bowl & pot on wax paper. Let harden in freezer (about 15 minutes.)
Last but most important: GIVE THEM AWAY (or you will be very much in need of a workout)
*These save very well in the freezer (covered in chocolate or not covered)
ENJOY!
